Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

ARSERIT GmbH grants individual customers a voluntary right of return for 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Within this period, the purchase contract may be rescinded without providing a reason.

ARSERIT GmbH must be notified of the cancellation in writing via email or letter within the specified time limit. After notification of the cancellation, the goods must be returned to ARSERIT GmbH within 14 days, complete, unused, undamaged, and, if possible, in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the merchandise is defective or was delivered incorrectly. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, ARSERIT GmbH will refund the purchase price paid. Shipping costs and additional services will be refunded only if the return is due to a defective or incorrect delivery.

The following items, in particular, are excluded from the right of return: custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered products; unsealed or used goods; digital content, software, licenses, and downloads; services that have already begun; discounted items; and products that are not suitable for return for technical, hygienic, or safety-related reasons.

Business customers, companies, public institutions, and legal entities have no right of withdrawal or return unless this has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
